At these sessions, I create a sacred space where you can relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with your inner self.
I tailor each session to the unique energy and dynamics of the group. Starting with the variety of shamanic instruments, we begin by gently clearing stagnant energy and preparing your body to receive the healing vibrations. Further, through the harmonious resonance of drums, crystal bowls, crystal harp and other instruments, I will guide you on a journey of deep relaxation and inner exploration.
In addition to sound therapy, I incorporate other healing modalities such as light touch, aromatherapy, and crystals to enhance your experience and facilitate healing on a holistic level. Each gathering is themed to focus on specific intentions, whether it's opening the heart, tapping into intuition, or clearing the throat chakra.
With a limited number of participants (no more than 6-8 people), you'll receive personalized attention and support. I take the time to connect with each individual, addressing your unique needs and providing guidance along your healing journey.
As our session draws to a close, we gather for a tranquil tea or cacao ceremony, allowing you to integrate the healing energies and reflect on your experience in a nurturing environment.

Embark on a deeply personal journey of healing and self-discovery with my one-on-one sound healing sessions with vibration, touch and scent.

Each session is a unique and tailored experience, designed to meet your individual needs and aspirations.
During our initial consultation, we'll sit down together to discuss your intentions, desires, and any areas of focus you'd like to explore. You're welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, as our sessions are centered around creating a safe and nurturing space for you to open up and connect with your inner self.
Once we've established your intentions, you'll be invited to lie down on a comfortable mat, cocooned in a soft, fluffy blanket, ready to receive the healing vibrations. Using a variety of shamanic instruments, I'll begin by gently cleansing stagnant energy, creating space for new insights and transformation to unfold. I'll play them both on and around your body, allowing the vibrations to penetrate deep into your being, releasing tension and preparing your body to receive.
As the session progresses, we'll introduce a symphony of sound and vibrations, carefully selected to align with your specific needs and preferences. From the ethereal tones of crystal harps to the resonant hum of crystal bowls and the powerful reverberations of hand-held gongs, each instrument is chosen to support your journey towards balance, clarity, and inner peace.
Working with the energy centres, or chakras, we'll focus on restoring harmony and facilitating the free flow of energy throughout your body and being. Whether you seek clarity, emotional release, or simply a deeper sense of relaxation, our sound healing session will be tailored to address your unique needs and goals.
As our session draws to a close, we will discuss aftercare, to allow you to integrate the healing energies and reflect on your experience. With each session, you'll leave feeling renewed, empowered, and ready to embrace the fullness of life's journey.
